Check if the link is correct (starts with kingsconference.app) and hasn't expired. If you are the host, verify that the meeting is still scheduled and has not been deleted.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and are using a supported web browser. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or restarting your device. To clear your browser cache, find the "Clear Browsing Data" or "Clear Cache" option in your browser's settings, select the types of data you want to remove (like cookies and cached images), and then click "Clear" or "Delete".
Your KingsConference username is linked to your KingsChat account, so you can only change it in your KingsChat profile settings. Once you update it there, the change will take effect in KingsConference within approximately 3 hours. If it doesn't update automatically, try logging out and back in.
Once a room is purchased, its size and type cannot be changed. If you need a different room, you'll need to purchase a new one that fits your needs. Please note that the meeting link will also change.
